Your Rights, Our Rules,
Fair Play for Everyone

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 19jl website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible at 19jl.asia and any sub-domains thereof.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 19jl Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account and is authorised to access the Platform under these Terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed, involving submission of valid Philippine government-issued identification.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin equivalents, or non-cash rewards credited to an Account, subject to the wagering requirements defined in Section 7.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "GGR" means Gross Gaming Revenue — the net amount retained by 19jl after paying out winning bets.

By completing the 19jl account registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, or by continuing to access and use the Platform after any amendments to these Terms have been published, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, the 19jl Privacy Policy, and all game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published on the Platform.

These Terms supersede all prior verbal or written representations, understandings, and agreements between you and 19jl with respect to the subject matter hereof.

To register and maintain an Account on 19jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register Accounts.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
4. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gaming authority.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 19jl or any of its affiliated game providers.
7. You must have provided accurate and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number or email address.

19jl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only on the 19jl Platform. Multiple account registration — whether using different personal details, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 19jl is required by PAGCOR to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Players must submit clear copies of the following:

• A valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, PRC ID, or voter's ID).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID, taken within 30 days of submission.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or PayMaya account displaying the player's name and mobile number) where the withdrawal channel differs from the registered account name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 19jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. 19jl will never contact you to request your password, OTP code, or full payment account details by any channel.

You agree to:

• Immediately notify 19jl's support team if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication on your Account, which is strongly recommended for all players.
• Not access your Account from shared or public devices. If you must do so, ensure you log out completely after each session.
• Keep your registered mobile number active and in your possession at all times, as it is used for OTP verification and account recovery.

19jl shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain appropriate Account security. All transactions conducted through your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals processed — while authenticated are considered your own actions.

6.1 Deposits. 19jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are typically credited within minutes. 19jl does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the Player's own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 5–15 minutes of approval, subject to e-wallet provider availability.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Typically within 1–3 banking business days.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Completed KYC verification (Section 4).
• Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Passing of 19jl's standard fraud and anti-money laundering checks.
• Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations.

6.4 Currency. All transactions on 19jl are processed in Philippine Peso. 19jl does not accept or process foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred outside the Platform are the Player's responsibility.

19jl offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• The standard wagering requirement for bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live baccarat and blackjack typically contribute 10%–20%. Refer to the specific promotion page for exact contribution rates.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• One welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• 19jl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel bonus credits if it has reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being abused.
• Players who self-exclude or invoke responsible gaming deposit limits waive eligibility for promotional bonuses during the restriction period.

All games available on the 19jl Platform — including slot machines, live dealer table games, online bingo, Royal Fishing, and sports betting markets — operate according to their respective game-specific rules, which are available within each game interface.

8.1 Random Number Generation. All non-live games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology audited by recognised independent testing laboratories. This ensures statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes on every game round.

8.2 Live Dealer Games. Live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and other live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers via video stream. The results of live games are final once the dealer announces the outcome.

8.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including PBA basketball, international football, UFC, boxing, and online sabong — are governed by 19jl's Sports Betting House Rules, published separately on the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 19jl reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were erroneously priced due to a manifest error.

8.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, platform error, or server fault — 19jl will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its prior state or void the round without financial prejudice to the Player. 19jl cannot be held responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the 19jl Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods for deposits.
• Making false, misleading, or defamatory statements about 19jl to third parties, on social media, or in any other public forum.
• Attempting to access, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's underlying technology, source code, or database systems.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with 19jl's support team.

Breach of any of these prohibitions entitles 19jl to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, void all pending and recently settled bets, and forfeit any balance in your Account. 19jl reserves the right to report illegal conduct to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

All content on the 19jl Platform — including but not limited to the 19jl logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 19jl or its licensed game providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 19jl content without prior written authorisation from 19jl.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 19jl's total liability to any Player for any cause of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that Player to 19jl in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

19jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — even if 19jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

19jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, regulatory orders, or technical failures may temporarily interrupt service. 19jl will make reasonable efforts to communicate such interruptions in advance where possible.

19jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling in compliance with PAGCOR's operator guidelines. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of the duration of your gaming session at specified intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion of 30, 60, or 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net result.

Players who self-exclude from 19jl are strongly encouraged to also register with PAGCOR's national self-exclusion programme and other Philippine licensed operators to maximise the effectiveness of their exclusion decision.

19jl reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where internal data indicates patterns consistent with problem gambling, even without the Player's request, as part of our social responsibility obligations under PAGCOR guidelines.

19jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or payment reversal by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Direction by PAGCOR or any competent legal authority to suspend or close the Account.
• Identification of the Account as a duplicate Account under Section 4.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, 19jl may, at its discretion, withhold some or all of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated at the Player's request and no breach is found, the remaining verified Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

19jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 19jl will notify registered Players by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practical, by sending a notification to the Player's registered mobile number or email address. The effective date of any update will be displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 19jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure per Section 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to the existence, validity, or termination of this agreement — shall first be submitted to 19jl's customer support for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for online gaming operators. The decisions of PAGCOR's adjudication body are binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's rights under Philippine consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
